Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer to join our multidisciplinary team. Our ideal candidate has:
- A Master’s degree in Law and an additional specialization in Taxation.
- Between 0 to 3 years of experience in tax-related fields.
- A strong interest in or knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, with a desire to grow further in this area.
- Fluency in Dutch and excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an asset.
- A client-focused mindset, with the ability to conduct detailed analyses and provide practical, actionable solutions.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
- A sociable and trustworthy personality that inspires confidence in clients.
- Curiosity, creativity, persistence, and discretion as key personal attributes.
As part of Tiberghien’s HR Tax Team, you will advise clients on the tax aspects of employee and director remuneration, often within an international context. Your role will focus on helping businesses align their remuneration strategies with their HR policies while optimizing compensation and benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality, structured tax advice and customized guidance.
- Developing comprehensive solutions based on thorough analysis of your cases and the relevant legislation.
- Building strong client relationships through close communication and tailored support.
- Representing Tiberghien at events, contributing to publications, and speaking at external seminars.
- Staying up to date with the latest industry developments by participating in professional groups, training programs, and seminars.
