Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer to join our multidisciplinary team. Our ideal candidate has:
- A Master’s degree in Law, with an additional degree in Taxation.
- Solid experience in Global Mobility, international employment, and other HR Tax-related matters.
- Proficiency in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the other national language and English.
- A client-focused mindset, delivering accurate analysis and practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- A personable and trustworthy nature, inspiring confidence in clients.
- A passion for learning, creativity, persistence, and discretion.
As part of Tiberghien’s HR Tax Team, you will provide expert guidance on all tax aspects of employee and director remuneration, often in an international context. Your role will focus on optimizing compensation strategies to align with company HR policies and deliver maximum value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Offering high-quality, structured advice and tailored solutions to clients.
- Conducting thorough analyses of cases and applicable legislation, maintaining close client contact throughout.
- Representing Tiberghien at events, contributing to publications, and delivering presentations at external seminars.
- Keeping your expertise current by participating in professional groups, training sessions, and seminars.
