Our client, a growing international group, is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join its legal team.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be the team’s sole paralegal, combining day-to-day support with the opportunity to shape processes as the business expands.

Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- At least 7 years of experience in a paralegal or legal operations role.
- A degree in law, business administration, management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders across business, finance and executive leadership.
- An autonomous, proactive approach, with the ability to develop processes with support from the wider legal team.
- Fluency in English; Dutch and French are strong assets.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Maintain registers and trackers covering corporate governance, contracts, licences, litigation, real estate and data protection.
- Support M&A projects through due diligence, data room management and post-closing follow-up.
- Prepare board packs, draft resolutions, and coordinate signatures and statutory filings across jurisdictions.
- Manage insurance and compliance administration, including claims, renewals and vendor due diligence.
- Coordinate legal correspondence, filing, invoices and meeting minutes.
